Training in Butagaya

Pastor Sooka (soh kah) hosts the training in his church.

This is most of the class that meets for Bible classes each Monday morning. The median age of this group is 42.

Gifts

Betty is one of the students in Nate's Bible class in Butagaya. She traveled to Jinja last week to give us a few gifts to express her appreciation for Nate's teaching. We were blown away by her generosity - a rooster and a sack full of fruit and vegetables. A few other students sent gifts with her as well - another chicken and some eggs. We have seen that Ugandans are, by nature, incredibly generous people.

Our new cow

Judah named her Susanna, and Elijah named her Clarabelle...
Nate purchased this 6-month beauty as a gift for Hannah's 1st birthday...
but Hannah isn't the only one enjoying her!

It's great to be a boy
